Hop Along Friday! Gain More Social Followers!

Welcome to the Hop Along Friday! As most of you may be aware of, GFC will no longer be available to self hosted blogs and non blogger blogs shortly. We don't want to leave all of those people out! So, we are adjusting our hop to include everyone! There are other ways to follow blogs such as Google+, Networked Blogs, and various other options. We want everyone to link up!

Week 56 on Nutrisystem! So, this past week I've been doing really well. I think with the heat, I've been more lazy so it tends to be a little harder for me to stay on track since I lounge around more in the hot weather. Which means I start to "bored" eat which is never good! But, for as hot as it has been this week, I did it! I decided that, whenever I got hungry and headed for the kitchen, I would instead, go clean. This took my mind off of eating since I was never really hungry, just bored. I need to stay busy to stay on track and let's just say, my house is pretty clean right now! ;)

Ever since we adopted out dog Jilly, she has been a horrible walker. She literally gets so excited to go for walks that she wants to drag you the whole way! And, with her being a pit bull, she has some wicked strength! I even had her in training classes and that didn't really work. It makes it rather discouraging to take her for walks and that makes me sad because she loves walks and I know it's best for her. But we choose to throw a ball with her in our back yard instead just to not have to deal with her pulling at the dog leash. The only time I can take her for a walk is when I go running because then she doesn't really have a chance to pull. But, when Kyle is working lots of hours, I have to take the kids with me for walks so I can't really run. So, when I heard about the new Instant Trainer Leash, I was excited to try it since I will try anything to help her stop pulling.

Week 55 on Nutrisystem! Well, we randomly went to Disney this past week. Yes! Disney! We are very random people and that's what we do. Well, I would love to have more self control, but in the situation I didn't which is why I gave myself a few extra days to recover before weighing in and with a little bit of healthy (back on Nutrisystem) eating, I did lose 2oz! Yay! A loss is a loss!
