Week 62 On @Nutrisystem! I love being in the 170's! #NSNATION

Week 62 on Nutrisystem! Next week is my last week! Crazy! Time flies! I'm kind of sad! Nutrisystem has become my lifestyle and now I'll have to use my skills that I have learned to make better and healthier choices in the "real life"! Haha! Seriously! Being on Nutrisystem is a lifesaver bubble! I love it! But they still offer their tools to everyone and there are tons of recipes so anyone can follow the program if they can't afford it! 
That is what I love about Nutrisystem! There are so many programs that cover themselves up and you can only follow their program if you pay for it. At least this way, you can see what Nutrisystem is like and then decide if it would be for you. Which, I think it can be for almost everyone, even those with type 2 diabetes! I really do love their program. A lot of my friends that come over and see the food always comment that it has a lot of sodium, but everything is usually a whole meal. If you actually sit down and add up sodium in a whole regular meal or a take out meal, you would be super shocked to realize the sodium content! It's crazy! And the only reason you notice it on Nutrisystem is because it is right there in your face! So, always make sure when you are checking something out, that it is the whole package! :)
 
And if you guys ever have questions, I have been on the program or so long that I can usually help you out! I like to research so if I can't answer it, I will find out for you! I still love Nutrisystem 62 weeks later so they must be doing something right!
