Week 60 On @Nutrisystem! 50lbs Lost! Yay! #NSNation


Week 60 on Nutrisystem and I can happily say that I have officially lost 50lbs! I am so excited! It took me some time to get here but I did it! I had ups and downs and highs and lows but I stuck to it and got back on the wagon when I fell off. I still have a good 30lbs to lose but that is not that far away. I have faith that I can stick with my healthy eating and finish losing it all! Confidence is key.
 
I seriously kicked my workouts into high gear and I'm guessing with all of this heat, sweat a ton. Plus, I really watched my fruits because of the sugar. I skipped bananas and stuck with berries. I also hadn't been eating veggies like I should have so I made sure I had a salad a day and threw in as many greens as I could. And, I started to eliminate the crystal light and stick to plain old water. I know that your body processes fake sugar like regular sugar so I figured I could try to cut out as much fake sugar as I could. All of this seemed to help since I dropped a decent amount of weight. 
 
I also stuck to my diet when I was out and brought my Nutrisystem meals with me and just said no to anything else. That way I knew what I was eating. I also went back to writing everything down so I could track it better. When the Nutrisystem phone app changed, it made it a little harder to track so I like to just write it all down so it's in front of me. 
 
I am hoping to get under 180, which I am pretty sure I will for next weeks post! I am so excited! Everyday I am closer to my goal! So, for short term, my goal will be 169. I love smaller goals because they seem so much closer....and they are!
