Week 46 On @Nutrisystem! Exercise, #Exercise, Exercise! *Review*

Week 46 on Nutrisystem! So this week I didn't lose a full pound, but I still lost which is great! I keep hitting random plateaus, but I keep working through them which is why I think I keep losing. I know it may not sound like it makes sense but it does! I'm just hoping another isn't coming up. I would really love to get under 190lbs! I like making small goals because when I achieve them, it gives me so much more satisfaction. So small goals it is!


I actually celebrated getting under 200lbs! I figured it was a huge milestone so I got my hair cut and went to Target and actually bought a pair of jeans! I know that sounds simple but it's been years since I've bought jeans at a regular store. Normally I shop at the big girl store because regular department store jeans never fit right before. But I now am the proud owner of regular department store jeans! Yay!

As for the Nutrisystem meals, well, I am still a trooper! Sticking to the plan to a tee! No cheating even though my weight slowed down this week and it has been a super stressful week. That's another thing I'm proud about.And I have been exercising everyday. I do cardio four times a week and strength training three times a week. I find that if I stop working out even one day, I don't go back. So on the days I don't feel super strong or really tired, I do easy, low intensity workouts. It is getting easier as the days go by and I actually look forward to working out. Another week down and some more weight lost! :)
