Week 45 On @Nutrisystem! Another #Pound #Bites The Dust! #NSNation

Week 45 on Nutrisystem! What really can I say! I love it! I am now down another pound! I think the new Nutrisystem program really helped out with changing things up. It made it more fun and easier for me, plus it was nice to get some new tastes in there. I have been eating tons of raw broccoli and cauliflower and celery. Those are my favorites and they are very filling. Plus the shakes are just amazing! I have found a few of my favorite ways to drink the protein shakes that make them even more delicious! Here are some of my favorite SIMPLE recipes that include the protein shakes:
Honey Wheat Bagel
  • Strawberry protein shake packet, 6oz of water, 2oz of orange juice, blended in magic bullet *Tastes like a cream sickle! Yum!*
  • Chocolate protein shake packet, 8oz of water, half cup of blueberries, blended in magic bullet *Tastes like chocolate covered blueberries*
  • Chocolate protein shake packet, 8oz of water, tbs of peanut butter, blended in magic bullet *Tastes like chocolate peanut butter ice cream*
  • Vanilla protein shake packet, 8oz of water, half cup of strawberries, blended in magic bullet *Tastes like strawberry cream ice cream*
  • Coffee protein shake packet, 8oz of water, half cup of a banana, blended in magic bullet *Tastes amazing!*
Those are just some of the concoctions I have come up with and there are so many more! Not only do they taste great and keep that sugar craving away, but they help to keep you full. I also have a new favorite meal! I am really finding ways to eat the foods that have the lowest calories and keep me full the longest. For breakfast, I have been making a cheesy egg sandwich and it is amazing and quick! I use the Honey Wheat Bagel toasted, one egg white microwaved for about 40 seconds and a half a piece of American cheese. It seriously makes my mouth water just typing it. The bagels really make the sandwich because they are sweet and tasty and very filling. There are just so many ways your can spice up the Nutrisystem meals and I can't wait to figure out more so I can share. Obviously they are working!
