Looking For A #Gluten-Free FLour? Try Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour! *Review & Giveaway*

I love baking and recently I started doing more baking from scratch! It is so much fun because you get a different homemade taste then you do from packaged ready to go mixes. Plus I like randomly making things and when you have supplies on hand, it always helps! Recently I got to try out Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour and it is an awesome gluten-free replacement for regular flour plus offers added benefits and taste!

Organic Coconut Flour photoTropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour is an excellent source of fiber & protein and is also gluten-free! This coconut flour is actually fiber from the coconut meat after most of the oil has been extracted to make Virgin Coconut Oil. It isn't sweetened but still offers a nice, subtle sweet coconut taste. This may also help you use less sugar since coconut meat already has natural sugar! Overall, you can bake some pretty sweet sweets with this amazing organic coconut flour!
The day I received my Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour, my cousin was over and suggested we bake something! So I went on to Tropical Traditions' recipe section and picked the Banana Coconut Flour Muffins since I had everything on hand. They were super easy to make and only took 20 minutes in the oven. Let me tell you! They were amazing! They had such a different flavor then normal banana muffins. I wanted to make sure that mine tastes like coconut, so I actually added some Tropical Traditions Organic shredded coconut and I'm glad I did. Banana and coconut make a lovely match! It almost reminded me of something that I would get at a beach resort because they tasted beachy if that makes any sense. They were just overly delicious and didn't last long in my house at all. I haven't had a chance to make anything else yet, but I would love to try the Gluten Free Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake Recipe! It looks super yummy!

Tropical Traditions also carries organic food, cleaning products, other skin care products, pet products, and that is just the beginning! Make sure you stop over there to see all their great products! Don't miss out on the amazing recipes also! Also, if you are a new customer and you place an order through one of my links above, you will receive a FREE copy of their Virgin Coconut Oil Book!

Once again, I am completely impressed by Tropical Traditions and right now, one lucky Chubby Cheeks reader will have the chance to score themselves 2.2lb bag of Tropical Traditions Organic Coconut Flour! Simply wait for the form to load and enter away! Open to the US & CND!

I just got a small container of coconut flour, and so far I'm loving it! The problem is, it goes by really quickly and it's so expensive...I've tried coconut butter and coconut flour, but I still need to try coconut oil.
