Week 28 Nutrisystem Is Having Their Fall Sale! #NSNATION

Week 28 on Nutrisystem! This week was pretty good! I stayed on track and saw results! I am now down to 205.5 Yay! It might seem far away but to me, summer is such a huge dread when you weigh as much as I do and it will be here before I know it! So, I took a picture of myself when I was in high school and was about 135lbs and I am calling it my "thinspiration"! Now, I don't want to be 135lbs. But I would like to get to 150lbs so to have the picture around should help me. I hung it on my fridge so whenever I go into the kitchen to eat, I hope that it will help me make healthier choices! Fingers crossed!

Super Easy, Melt In Your Mouth, Crock Pot Chicken Legs Recipe!

I am a crock pot fanatic! I have two and I would say at least five days a week I use them. Now, I have been cooking with slow cookers for about 7 years now and never knew that you could cook chicken legs in them. I mean, I knew you could but I wanted to make them stay how they are when you bake them in the over. In the crock pot, everything just falls right off the bone and obviously with chicken legs you want them to stay on!

Week 27 on Nutrisystem! Holy Moly! Time is flying! This week was pretty successful! I got down to 206lbs even so I dropped 4oz. Now, if you asked me a while ago, this would have been a fail for me. But, after being on Nutrisystem for so long, I've realized that a loss is a loss! I did gain a little bit of weight at the beginning of the week, but then got back down by the end so technically it's a bigger loss then what it looks like written down!
