Back to school season is here and I always loved gong clothes shopping when I was younger and in school! While Riley and Emma aren't going to school yet, I love the sales that are going on for back to school so it is always nice to grab up some new stylish clothes for the kids. Riley always loves picking out his own clothes so when I take him with me, he get's so excited! I would much rather him go crazy over which new clothes he wants rather then new toys! But I'm sure that is every parents dream!

Week 19 On Nutrisystem! 21lbs Down! #NSNATION
Week 19 on Nutrisystem! Wow! How the time flies! It's crazy! I'm surprised that I am still even on the program since I normally quit every other one that I try. I always mess up on it and just give up but Nutrisystem is the only one that I feel comfortable enough with to jump right back on the wagon as soon as I fall off. I now know that if I have something that is not healthy for me, it doesn't mean the the whole day is a waste. Just that one little slip doesn't have to ruin the whole diet for me. I can easily accept that sometimes I am going to crave bad foods and that if I indulge just a little bit, I can deal with it, get what I felt I needed and not go overboard. Now obviously I'm not saying to do this every day, but I found that when I held out on having what I wanted, each day it would get worse and worse until I finally just binged and just kept eating everything! So, give into your cravings once in a while but don't let it frustrate you and make you lose all hope!

I never really liked the booster seats in restaurants because they don't buckle to anything and your child always winds up sliding off or falling sideways. We've just resorted to having Riley sit really low and Emma sit in high chairs (which kind of gross me out). Both of these methods really are an inconvienince. But you kind of have to work with what you have. Before we had Emma, we used to carry one of those booster seats with the tray and straps and that just got too bulky so I was really pleased to see that something had been created for all of those moms out there that don't have a gazillion hands but love to keep things safe and clean! I got to check out the Go Anywhere Booster Seat and I absolutely love it!

Week 18 On Nutrisystem! #NSNation
Week 18 on Nutrisystem! Yay! So last week we took a spontaneous trip to Florida to go to Disney! Well, I packed up my Nutrisystem put it on the kitchen counter with the rest of our food to go with us and forgot to grab the bags! Ughhh! I didn't realize until somewhere around Virginia! So I needed to stay on track with the healthy food. Which I definitely did until the last two days! We went to Epcot and I love the Bavarian Cheesecake so I had a slice! I mean...when do you really ever go to Disney! And I had other bad things here and there but for the most part I ate really well! Unfortunately, I gained 2 oz. But I'll take that over pounds! Since I've been back home, I've been on track so I'm hoping that works for me this week!

Micky....Here We Come!
So, we are pretty spontaneous people and decide yesterday that we were going to disney and packed up and left this morning! So, we'll be in Florida visiting Mickey for the week! I know I still have winners to choose and posts that need to go up and I will try to get done what I can while we are there, but will probably be a little delayed. Monkey Brains Tween Hair Products Are The Latest Rave! *US Giveaway* 3 Winners!
Hair products are a necessity for me since I have curly hair. My children have also been lucky enough to receive mine and Kyle's curly hair genes and sometimes their hair gets uncontrollable. For Emma's I usually let it go all wild and throw a couple of hair clips in the front to make it look cute. Riley's, on the other hand, is a mess when it gets longer. Since he hates hair cuts, I try to go as long as I can between cuts. The curl really doesn't come out as much since his hair is short, but it is still coarse and when it get's longer then his close buzz cut, it doesn't really form well to his head and sticks out all over the place. I used to try some products I use on my hair, but they never worked. Luckily I got to try out Monkey Brains kid and tweens hair products and they have worked fabulously for us!
