Have You Ever Thought About Being A Travel Nurse?

TravelNursing.org
When I was younger, I remember wanting to be so many things when I grew up. At first it was a vet tech (which I did), then it was a teacher which I almost have a degree in, then it was a nurse. The nurse one I never made happen but there is always time!

Recently, I found that a lot of nurses are now looking for Travel Nursing Jobs since jobs are scarce. When you are a travel nurse, you have the opportunity to boost your skills and also gain new ones! And the job is one that is in demand. So there is money to be made. Some areas of the country are in high demand for qualified nurses so you can receive up to $40 per hour! Plus, who wouldn't want to travel to different places to do what you love?! I know I would and if I didn't have a family, this would definitely be something I would be looking into. Obviously, you could always stay right where you are as well. But if you can travel for free (housing and all!), why wouldn't you?

This is definitely an awesome job if you are a nurse. There are different areas of nursing that they are looking for as well. If you head over to TravelNursing.org, you can fill out an application to see if you qualify for one of the many positions available. It really is quite simple and this could be the start of a new life for you!

You should really look into going to nursing school! I'm a nursing student and I can't wait to finally get my degree and start my career :)

I agree with Maia, I went back to school in my 30's and just graduated with my Associates in nursing and am starting a great career! I love it and this it's the best thing I ever did

I am a nurse (though I haven't practiced for years while staying home with my kids and truthfully don't intend to go back to it), but I always wanted to do travel nursing when I was working. I love to travel and see new places and the money can't be beat.

Travel nursing is a great choice for a lot of folks early in their careers or those who love to travel. It's not for everyone but the ones I know really make a lot of money and seem to enjoy the regular change of scenery.
