Week 22 on Nutrisystem! This seemed like a long week but I'm back on track! No cheating or anything! I feel good and I actually, at the beginning of this week, started to gain weight and that's when it hit me that it needed to stop! I was okay with a little weight fluctuation, but then I actually gained a couple pounds that weren't gone in the morning. So I got back on track like I've been saying for a while now and did it! I'm under my last weigh in by a couple ounces so I know I'm on the right track. As you can see, just because I am on an awesome program, I do have off weeks. This happens and it is real. Honesty is key, right? I mean, you have to admit you have a problem before you can fix it. "Hi! My name is Kim and I love food that isn't great for me and have the hardest time losing weight." There! Woooo! Okay...now to move on and deal with it!
My new favorite snack is the NutriChocolates! They are so good! I didn't know if I'd like them because I am picky when it comes to chocolate. At first, I wasn't sure if I really liked them but they are one of those things that once you start eating them, you can't stop! I had opened them at lunch time just to taste them and couldn't stop! I normally don't eat my snacks until after dinner because I always need that sweet fix, but I just had some sugar-free jello for my after dinner snack! I only ordered 5 packs and they are all now gone so I can't wait for my next shipment!
I was thinking about maybe order a Zumba DVD. I need something fun to keep my attention! I used to run all the time, but am so out of shape and rarely can get out without the kids so I need something I can do while they nap and I think dancing would be fun! Have any of you tried it?
