Nicki's Diaper Best Bottom One Size Diaper System is Our Favorite! *US & Canada Giveaway*

I am a huge fan of pocket diapers but just like everyone else, stuffing pockets becomes a hassle after the 3rd or 4th one! Also, no one likes pulling out that nasty insert. Other than that I love the ease of not having to use a cover and not having the bulk of most prefolds. Well, what if you could have the ease of a pocket diaper without the stuffing and pulling? If that sounds great to you, then I have found the perfect diaper system for you! I recently had the opportunity to try Best Bottom One Size Diapering System thanks to Nicki from Nicki's Diapers and we are in love!

I was really excited about the Best Bottom because not only do you NOT have to stuff it and pull out the insert, but you can use the shell more than once! The diaper system comes with 1 shell and 3 Stay Dry inserts. So essentially it is like 3 diapers in one! The system is simple! Simply adjust the front snaps to adjust the size, snap the stay dry insert into the shell, put on baby, and go! Really, that is all! Then, when it's ready for a change, just unsnap the soiled insert, wipe the shell if that is soiled too, snap in the clean inset and you're done! How awesome is that! The inserts do come in three sizes, small, medium, and large, so you will have to purchase different inserts while your baby is growing. You may be able to skip to a medium insert if you don't mind a little extra bulk on a baby.

I tried the Best Bottom on both Riley and Emma and was pleased to find that the large inserts and largest rise fit both of them very well. The rise was a little low on Riley but he is at the top of the weight limit so I kind of expected this, but it didn't affect the performance of the diaper at all. I usually alternate diapers between them so it is sometimes annoying adjusting the rise going between the two so it is nice when the rise fits them both. Emma had a blow out when I first put it on her and I was really excited that there were no leaks! The gussets kept everything in and didn't leave red marks! Riley wore the diaper overnight which I was a little leery about since he is a super soaker and I didn't think it would hold up since there isn't an option for a doubler. When he woke, I was seriously shocked to find his sheets dry! No lie! He didn't leak through! I'm pretty sure this is a miracle diaper! No leaks, no red marks, and super trim! It really doesn't get better then that.

Kyle also liked how easy it was to use. He always complains when he has to change diapers because he has a hard time making sure the inserts are smooth and not twisted. He said he liked that the insert just snaps in and stays put while he puts it on the kids. This is really important since Emma is in that twisty turny stage where she won't sit still for more than 2 seconds. He still doesn't like the snaps and prefers velcro better so I may have to order some with the velcro especially for him! I don't want to be stuck changing all the diapers!

Washing and drying was a breeze. The inserts are completely dry after a normal dry cycle and were still soft through multiple uses. Sometimes diapers lose their softness and get kind of rough after a couple of washes but these are still as soft as when I first received them! I definitely need to order more because this one of the first I reach for during changes. I can't wait to order more colors since they are all inspired by ice cream flavors and we love ice cream! I'm pretty sure this diaper gets a 10 rating since I can't find anything wrong with it at all and they are on sale right now for $15.25 so make sure you order them up now!
