This book was definitely nice to browse through. I love cooking so a lot of the things I read about in this book will come in handy or were interesting to me. It was easy to read and not long and drawn out at all. If you love to cook or are a chef or just love food, then this book is for you! It would also make a nice gift for a food enthusiast! I also loved the pictures!

There are a lot of basic tips about meats and fish but then their are also things about using the right cooking tools. I think this is a nice book to keep around for some easy reading!
